What is private foster care? It means that children placed into foster care are placed into our care rather than a DCFS supervised home. Further, it means that our professional staff conducts every step of the foster care process: we train our foster homes, conduct the licensing process, coordinate placement, supervise our homes, provide case planning and case management, as well as crisis support.
